About the Speaker and topic
“How to Manage the Job without it Managing you” is one of the most requested topics that Principals wanted to hear more on and to know what others were doing to manage the complexities of Principalship.
As the South Island Manager for the Beginning Principals and Principal Support Programmes, as well as being a former Principal and CPPA executive member, Grant Stedman will share the data gathered over the last five years around the most common leadership challenges Principals at all stages of their career experience, as well as the practices and systems some Principals have put in place to avoid overwork and burnout.
There will be opportunity for discussion afterwards between members.
Cost for Breakfast is $20 per head.
