Let’s show how the townies come out to the country! North Canterbury venue
Come along and meet with your fellow CPPA colleagues and our business partners to enjoy a Term 3 catch up and rejuvenation session. Just a 25 minute journey from town, and you find yourself in the bustling North Canterbury town of Rangiora. Being in Rangiora, this Hauora event better enables our North Canterbury and Hurunui colleagues to attend.
These sessions have become a very important part of our CPPA strategic pillars – Connect; Collaborate; Celebrate.
Please make time to come and connect with your peers who face similar challenges and celebrations in the job, and meet our new Principals and welcome them to our wonderful profession.
Venue: Ivory Bar
Ivory Bar and building is owned by the Beulink Family, who have lived in the Waimakariri District for 20 years. The heritage-listed Northern A and P Society Building at 93 Ivory Street (the building), has been owned by the family for 16 years, and was purchased specifically because of its unique architecture and heritage status.
Dr Robert Beulink and Ruth Beulink have 2 other heritage buildings and fell in love with the building at first sight. “It was rather shabby and neglected” says Robert. “It had been more or less abandoned. However we immediately fell in love with the building and realised it’s significance and potential”.
These Hauora sessions are supported by our business partners.
